- Internet Reservation
- When the reservation through the website, www.moonhwa.or.kr, is registered, a responsible staff will call you for confirming the reservation you make (not applicable to the first medical examination).
- Fax Reservation
- Visiting the website, www.moonhwa.or.kr, download and fill in the fax form, and send it to the reception at +82-51-633-8552. A responsible staff will call you for confirming your reservation.
- Visit Reservation
- With Health Insurance and Identification Cards, visit the reception in Administration department to make a medical treatment reservation.
- Reservation Change
- One who wants to change the reserved day, please make a cancellation call to the department for which you make a reservation by the day before the reserved day, and register another reservation. (Contact for reservation: +82-51-630-0183, for reservation change: +82-51-630-the department extension No.)
